Whip
Whip refers to the stick that is used by the stickman and the phrase dealer on the whip refers to a dealer that is working in the stickman’s position at the front of the table.
Working
Working bets are bets that are in play and therefore at risk. If the bet is not working then it is off. If the stickman says hardways work unless called off, it is to warn the players that their bets are working if they are not called off before the come out cycle.
Whirl / World Bet
A whirl / world bet is a 5 unit bet on one roll using the numbers 2,3,11,12 and any 7. This is considered to be the worst 5 bets possible that can be done in one single bet
